CarForce has developed a cloud-based SaaS solution that leverages connected car telematics to provide dealerships with real time updates on the health of their customer's vehicles; enabling dealers to provide their customers with a white glove customer service experience including remote diagnostics while increasing service- and customer retention revenue.

Of the 221k potential service center customers we are targeting a specific segment: the roughly 17k franchise dealers that represent over half of the annual parts and service industry. There are over 165 million smart capable but disconnected cars that we are actively connecting back to vehicle service centers through CarForce's platform. Furthermore, Gartner reports that by 2020 there will be 250M connected cars on the road, presenting CarForce with a growing market of connected cars that can readily feed into our analytics and real-time vehicle insights platform.

We were founded by a former eBay Motors executive and our advisory council includes leaders in tech, telematics, dealership management, and automotive SaaS.

She is the former Head of Automotive Corporate Partnerships for eBay and GM of eBay Motors’ Vehicles C2C business; running strategy for eBay’s $7.3B automotive division and responsible for turning around eBay’s $1.6B consumer-to-consumer (c2c) vehicle sales sector with double-digit growth. Formerly a management consultant for Deloitte and Stanford BS and MS graduate with over 10 years of automotive and e-commerce experience.
